Thorne F Inman, the third child of B8 Mary Ellen Glynn and Samuel Inman was born on 15 February 1909, married Ann K Story, born 18 August 1916 In Olathe, Kansas. They had four sons and two daughters Patrick, Joseph, Glenn, Craig, Janet and Joan.

Thorne F Inman, 87, Overland Park, KS, passed away January 6, 1997 at Delmar Gardens. Funeral services will be at 11am Thursday January 9 at the Sheil Colonial Chapel, burial in Mt Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call 6-8pm Wednesday January 8 at the Sheil Colonial Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Mr. Inman was born February 15 1909, in Kansas City, MO. He was a Catholic. He was Payroll Department Manager with GM, retiring in 1967. He was a US Army veteran of World War II. He was preceded in death by his wife Ann Inman in 1995. He is survived by four sons, Patrick Inman Lenexa, KS, Del Inman, St Joseph, MO, Glenn Inman, Raytown, MO and Craig Inman, Kansas City, MO, two daughters Janet Inman, St Petersburg, FL and Joan Inman, Raytown, MO, one brother Jack Inman, Greenwood, MO, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Mrs Ann K Story Inman, 79, Overland Park, KS, passed away Saturday, August 26 1995. Memorial services will be held graveside 1pm Wednesday August 30, at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Raytown, MO. Mrs Inman was born August 18, 1916, in Olathe, KS and lived in Kansas City most of her life. She served as a first Lieutenant in the Army Nurses Corps during World War II. She received her degree in nursing from the KU Medical Centre, where she worked as charge nurse in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. Mrs Inman completed her career at the Baptist Memorial Hospital. She devoted her life to her family and is survived by her husband, Thorne Inman, of the home, four sons, Patrick Inman, Lenexa, KS, Del Inman, St Joseph, MO, Glenn Inman, Raytown, MO and Craig Inman, Kansas City, MO, two daughters Janet Inman, St Petersburg, FL and Joan Inman, Raytown, MO, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
